Scott Navin
Originally from the Midwest, Scott grew up in a family of high quality home builders, developers, and property managers. At an early age, he learned a lot about residential construction, along with how to build and maintain a home from them. Scott spent most of his career in the telecommunications industry specializing in automation solutions for your personal use and home. A resident of St. Augustine, Scott’s extensive experience and passion for our country and community makes him the perfect partner to help with your home needs. When not working, Scott loves experiencing new things, meeting new people, and experimenting with new gadgets. He’s the first to lend a helping hand to a friend or neighbor and he is called on him often for his crafty creativity.
Joe Lloyd
Joe is a resident of St Augustine. He grew up in the Midwest, where at an early age he worked on the family farm and trucking businesses. Joe has spent most of his career in the banking industry, specializing in branch operations. Joe is organized and extremely knowledgeable in general management. Joe is also passionate about our country and community. In his downtime, loves all things music. He is a gifted musician, playing the violin, piano, and guitar.
Together Scott and Joe have remodeled homes, as well as managed multiple rental properties. Each one, they have cared for as if they lived there. This is something that sets them apart. Along with the knowledge and experience they’ve acquired in real estate, paired with the automation solutions they’ve tested and installed, makes them the best to uniquely serve you.

Our Process
Our Home Watch service is a 37 point visual inspection of the home and property. We thoroughly check the exterior, garage, and interior of the home on each visit. Looking for obvious signs of issues, such as; leaks, structural damage, mold, pests, break ins and vandalism. If an issue is discovered, we alert the homeowner, and work with them to schedule services to correct or repair any discovered issue.
